The Magical Powers of the Simple Things in Life

In a world of information overload, high speed access to necessities with technological advances, instant coffee and era when one needs to be reminded to take a breath (something so natural and essential), we have lost the value of the simple things in life: value of appreciation, value of words and actions, the value and power of sharing experiences instead of solving ongoing problems, the value of compassion. In this race of daily catchup game after the societal trends and norms, we forget about the effect of the simplest aspects in life; we forget about their powers which could be empowering if nurtured or detrimental upon neglect.

Smile - our most authentic business card.

Thank you - a simple not of appreciation that opens more doors that one imagines.

Language - we have become energy efficient and lazy, choosing the shortest route of expression.

We may think these simplest three are not essential and we can go by without them; however, their power and importance becomes obvious in the simple act of teaching children and teens on the Spectrum. Showing how much more we can achieve if we bring back and use the basic skills that past generations have used with success in typical lives and even more so the lives on the Spectrum
